Several criteria determine the difference between a (Casino Night) Fundraising Event (F.R.E.) and a Limited Fundraising Event. In simple terms, you're holding a Fundraiser and want to generate proceeds from hosting an onsite casino night. And you have ideas of How you want to conduct the casino activity.
