Several criteria determine the difference between a (Casino Night) Fundraising Event (F.R.E.) and a Limited Fundraising Event. In simple terms, you're holding a Fundraiser and want to generate proceeds from hosting an onsite casino night. And you have ideas of How you want to conduct the casino activity. So, different rules must be followed based on how you want to conduct your fundraiser. Those rules affect how we, the F.R.E. Distributer (of casino games and equipment), provide the equipment and services you need to conduct the fundraising activity. Sound confusing? It can be. Read below to identify the type of fundrasing event you want to hold.
- Depending on the size of your party, we begin with a base set up and then add games to meet the playing demand of your group.
- We recommend that at least 50% of your crowd can play in the casino at any given time. These games will be popular!
- Optimum Casino run time should not exceed 2.5 hours, including time for give aways.
- All games will be set up prior to the start of your event. Our staff will be onsite and ready to go at the designated opening of the casino activity.
- Equipment is discretely taken down and removed following the closure of the casino activity, careful not to disrupt other avtivites.
- Rules of play may differ from state to state. We will do everything we can to operate within the rules, laws and local jurisdictions.
- Client is responsible to know their local and state laws pertaining to recreational gaming and/or gambling activities. Gambling definitions and laws vary from state to state.
