Photo Booths are Big Hit at the Best of Broadway in Spokane.

National tours make their stop in Spokane this year at the INB Performing Arts Center featuring: Rain, Shanghai Circus, Rock of Ages, War Horse, Lord Of The Dance, West Side Story and Flash Dance. If you have not attended one of these amazing productions, it’s time you do! Sold out shows nightly are the result of marquee entertainment coming to Spokane, brought to you by West Coast Entertainment and their sponsors.

I can tell you the experience is wonderful and well worth it. Having recently attended War Horse with my oldest daughter (13), I have to say this show was amazing, as was the entire evening out, even the parking experience! Personally, I’m a fan of crowds. It means that something is going on and a lot of people want to be part of it! These shows draw a crowd and thanks to West Coast Entertainment, it’s entertaining the moment you enter the INB Performing Arts Center.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly ticket taker and my daughter immediately noticed the Photo Booth. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to commemorate our night out with a souvenir photo! As we approached, a small crowd was watching and laughing as a couple exited the curtain enclosure; adults giggling like children. We move closer. Now we could see the candid photo booth shots showing on a large screen monitor and with every change of picture came chuckles and remarks. The laughter was contagious. Then, it was our turn…

With plenty of props to choose from, we decided to take several “looks” into the photo booth for our series of pics. I went with two different hats and a couple of stylish, silly eye glasses, while my daughter went for the outrageous! She’s the comedian in our family. In no time the screen was counting down and we were laughing like the rest, trying to strike the perfect pose! Our photo booth experience ended when we received our own printed photo strip, a small treasure as a memento of our night at the Theatre!

War Horse was an amazing show and the night out is what I’ll always remember. It’s not What you do, but who you’re with that makes everything fun. I can’t wait for the next show with my other daughter. Thank you West Coast Entertainment for providing us the opportunity to live and laugh…

Over 2800 people attended this past weekend's Bridal festival at the Spokane Convention Center. Everything you can desire for a wedding was exhibited by hundreds of local and regional vendors. You could have planned an entire wedding and saved thousands with show specials and deals. Among the highlights, a high energy, professionally produced fashion show featuring the latest in women's and men's wedding fashion, and not just for the wedding day!

Cakes, deserts, floral, photography, carriage rides, make up, DJs, decorations, rentals, vacations, formal wear, lighting, photo booths, catering, venues, fine jewelry, invitations, social networking, fashion and more! It was all on display and for sale as we kick off the wedding planning season of 2013...

Entertainment Warehouse was excited to move into it's new booth location, encompassing 50 feet of exhibit space, featuring our fleet of professional Photo Booths, upscale lighting, video and Emcee Entertainment. We dubbed it "the funnest fifty feet" at the bridal show! If you attended, we hope you enjoyed the show and if you missed it, it's not too late to take advantage of a few left over specials.

Event Highlights of 2012

Entertainment Warehouse is honored to have worked with some wonderful organizations, community events, charities and families this past year.

Among the fantastic events we've been a part of this year, a most significant event took place back in March. Kelsey’s Wedding!!! For those who do not know Kelsey, she is the Director of Events for Entertainment Warehouse. Most often, she is the primary coordinator who works with almost every booking that comes into our office. She's a most cherished employee and family member to all of us, making her wedding day extra special for all of us!

Kelsey Hatch-Russell married Aaron Brecek on March 31, 2012. Their wedding was held at Northern Quest Resort and Casino and as you can imagine, it was extra special. It was such an honor being part of this most important celebration! We love you Kelsey, wishing you and Aaron all the best.

In the fall, Gonzaga University held it's first Zagapalooza, celebrating 125 years of Gonzaga University. The event was held at the Spokane Convention Center with our role to design, manage and decorate the Convention Center. With 1700 attendees, we're proud to say everything went without a hitch! Folks were entertained with three separate photo booth stations, dance floor lighting, music, sponsored gobos (lighted logos), kids room, video and stage direction and we can't wait for Zagapalooze 2013...

Special acknowledgement to Dave Mason as our voice of the Toyota Court and his long hours of raising money to benefit Hoopfest charities in Spokane.

Toyata Contest Court - Audio, Announcements and Contest Coordination

The Safeco Fun Zone at Hoopfest was another major area of Hoopfest with fun attractions for families, featuring shade tents, inflatable slide, sports games and bounce castle! Hoopfest organizers are simply the best people to work with and demonstrate their ability year after year to stage a first rate, world class event! Thank you for your continued trust in our crew to help manage parts of this amazing community event!

Inflatable Games and Activities, Event Management

In April, another new client, Clyde West, contacted Entertainment Warehouse to consult and design a unique Open House event to be help onsite at their rental store in the Spokane Valley. The request for a novel, interesting, attractive open house for people in the heavy construction business was a new challenge, one we were up for! The pictures can speak volumes for this event and needless to say, the management of Clyde West were amazing clients who trusted us to design, construct and entertain! We can’t wait to see what they want to do this spring!

Tents, Tables & Chairs, Lighting, Plasma Displays, Casino, Sound, Music, Management

Entertainment Warehouse did the lighting for “Beyond Pink”, a boutique style fashion show to promote breast cancer awareness. The event was held at the Spokane Masonic Center. Organizers for this event generously donate their time and talents to an event that is so well received by our community. 2013 challenges them to seek an alternative venue and we hope to assist in the new design and production of this wonderful event!

Accent Lighting and Custom Image Projection

Gobos and Stage Lighting

Now, it’s not possible to write an article for every event, or highlight every customer we serve, but it is important for us to acknowledge that EVERY customer is significant at Entertainment Warehouse, regardless of their cause or the size of their order. It’s an honor to do business with everyone who chooses Entertainment Warehouse for their event or entertainment needs!

At the beginning of the year, we were honored to work with Cancer Patient Care and the “Mostly Merlot” wine tasting fundraiser held at the distinguished Spokane Club. This was our first year and we enjoyed the opportunity to add decorative lighting and a customized photo booth! Cancer Patient Care provides social service support for cancer patients and their families who have limited financial resources.

In February, the annual Junior Livestock Dinner Auction was held again at the Spokane Fair and Expo Grounds, hosting 800 attendees, raising thousands of dollars to provide a Junior Livestock Show as a means to assist Youth by offering unique educational and social experience to the youth of the Inland Northwest, relating to their livestock projects and activities.

Fundraising events continued in the spring as we worked with Assumption Parish School and their annual fundraising dinner and auction. This event was held in the gymnasium of Gonzaga Prep, so we helped decorate with pipe and drape, audio and large video screens. We are already looking forward to 2013.

Food Services of America hosted their annual Food Show at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center once again going with a “Carnival” theme. Well, if you didn’t know, we have “carnival” themed stuff too! Dave Mason was the “voice” of the show this year and Design Events, based in Coeur d’Alene, ID was the major decorator, and as always outdid themselves to produce a spectacular themed event!

Verizon Wireless Throws Amazing Party!

Custom Gobo for Verizon
Verizon Wireless recently held a regional "Winner's Circle Awards" at Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, ID. The evening celebrated their award winning sales and marketing associates from Washington, Oregon and Hawaii and offered up an amazing Awards Dinner followed by a dazzling After Party filled with entertainment and fun. Their decor theme was "Fire and Ice" and the goal was to create an amazing environment for their top performers to be recognized and entertained.

Often times, many vendors are required to supply the various components of special events. In this case multiple vendors would have been needed to supply Audio, Video, Event Lighting, Music & Entertainment, Specialty Decor, Decorations, Decorative Lighting, Centerpieces, Photo Booth, Photographer, Casino Party equipment, Lighted Tables, DJ, Emcee, Event Design and Logistics.

(Dinner / Awards Banquet in Noah's Loft)

"The challenge with using so many vendors is getting them all to work together, interweaving their talents, ideas, provisions and requirements to produce ONE spectacular result." Entertainment Warehouse eliminates that challenge by supplying it all, bringing expertise and entertainment talents into the mix. The results speak for themselves.

(After Party in Silver Rapids Water Park - Upper Lounge)

A big part of every event that should never be overlooked is the Venue with Food and Beverage. Recognition and praise has to be given to the staff and management of Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, ID. The venue was a wonderful setting for an amazing event that was staged in two separate venues on the same campus. First, Noah's Loft, a country style banquet room that was the setting for the Winner's Circle Awards Dinner. Second, the amazing Silver Rapids indoor water park that was the setting for a spectacular after party! The support and cooperation provided by their staff and management was fantastic!
