Thursday, March 10, 2011 Verizon Wireless Throws Amazing Party!
Custom Gobo for Verizon
Verizon Wireless recently held a regional "Winner's Circle Awards" at Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, ID. The evening celebrated their award winning sales and marketing associates from Washington, Oregon and Hawaii and offered up an amazing Awards Dinner followed by a dazzling After Party filled with entertainment and fun. Their decor theme was "Fire and Ice" and the goal was to create an amazing environment for their top performers to be recognized and entertained.
Often times, many vendors are required to supply the various components of special events. In this case multiple vendors would have been needed to supply Audio, Video, Event Lighting, Music & Entertainment, Specialty Decor, Decorations, Decorative Lighting, Centerpieces, Photo Booth, Photographer, Casino Party equipment, Lighted Tables, DJ, Emcee, Event Design and Logistics.
(Dinner / Awards Banquet in Noah's Loft)
"The challenge with using so many vendors is getting them all to work together, interweaving their talents, ideas, provisions and requirements to produce ONE spectacular result." Entertainment Warehouse eliminates that challenge by supplying it all, bringing expertise and entertainment talents into the mix. The results speak for themselves.
(After Party in Silver Rapids Water Park - Upper Lounge)
A big part of every event that should never be overlooked is the Venue with Food and Beverage. Recognition and praise has to be given to the staff and management of Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg, ID. The venue was a wonderful setting for an amazing event that was staged in two separate venues on the same campus. First, Noah's Loft, a country style banquet room that was the setting for the Winner's Circle Awards Dinner. Second, the amazing Silver Rapids indoor water park that was the setting for a spectacular after party! The support and cooperation provided by their staff and management was fantastic!

Monday, October 04, 2010 Mt. Spokane Homecoming Dance Rocks!
How many high schoolers can you fit in a photo booth? Mt. Spokane High School had nearly 600 kids attend their Hollywood themed homecoming dance this weekend and were greeted by paparazzi, treated to a nightclub style dance party and made personalized film strips in our photo booth! Quote of the night: "Best dance, ever!"
This year, Leadership Advisor, Nancy Butz called on Big Sound Entertainment and Entertainment Warehouse to do "something special" for the Homecoming Dance. The question was what to do with sound and lighting to make the dance more fun and memorable? How could it stand out among the other dances and set a tone for this school year? Well, that was all we needed to hear to get to work!
To get started with a plan, we wanted to know if there was a theme for this year's dance and what kind of budget we had to work with. How many kids would be attending and what result do they expect for the price of admission? With answers to those key questions, we could begin to develop a plan for how to achieve event success. There was indeed a "Hollywood theme" for the evening so that gave us some direction and inspiration.
Hollywood: Land of movie stars, paparazzi, crowds, big events, trendy nightlife, lights, cameras and action!
So, with that in mind we want to make the kids feel like movie stars, surround them with paparazzi, create the feel of a big event with upscale, nightclub style lighting, flash photography, photo-ops and the right music to dance to! The production and set up would use 3 production engineers and take four hours to complete the rigging of lights, placement of sound, photo booth set up, paparazzi placement, pipe and drape, custom gobo and sound check. Once complete, the room was set for guests to arrive and be impressed at the transformation of their normal dance area, into a gala event!
The dance party was a huge success and the kids raved about the whole evening! When the kids cheer for nearly every song, jam the dance floor for the entire dance, make return visits to the photo booth for a souvenir film strip, you get the feeling a good time was had by all!
What began as a routine call and order for a basic DJ package, grew into a wonderful production of sound, lighting, hip music, some theme decor and photo booth that would make this year's Homecoming Dance rival all previous ones!
We want to give special shout out to Thomas Shaw (DJ Thomas) for a night of great music! Casey Wescott was our production engineer onsite and did a great job of making sure everything ran without a hitch. Daren Anderson was the creative consultant and chief production designer. We want to say thank you to Nancy Butz, Leadership Advisor at Mt. Spokane HS and Jim Preston, Asst. Principle of Mt. Spokane High School along with their staff and volunteers who helped make this night a great event for the kids! We are honored to be selected as their entertainment company for special events and hope we lived up to, or exceeded expectations. We hope to be back with another exciting event plan, soon!

Wednesday, December 09, 2009 Surgical Specialists
A night to remember at the Davenport Hotel! Besides Christmas Tree Elegance, hundreds of hotel guests wandering about, numerous attractions and other events taking place, one event may have been the marquee attraction on this particular Saturday night! It was the annual holiday party for Surgical Specialists of Spokane. Held in the Early Bird Room, company employees, surgeons and their families gathered for night of social entertainment, spirits and "risk management!" Risk management is a clever term for casino gaming!
Highlights of the night include a marriage proposal as the evening's ice breaking event. With nerves of steel he dropped to one knee and asked... "will you marry me?" Of course, she said yes and the with a roaring ovation the party was underway. Blackjack, Texas Holdem Poker and Beat The Shake were the games of choice and every seat was packed from beginning to end! This will be a night to remember and we can't wait to come back and do it again!
Happy holidays from all of us at Entertainment Warehouse!

Wednesday, December 09, 2009 FSA Party Rocks!
November 18th marked the date for the annual Food Services of America Holiday Party! Tons of fun, food, smiles and excitement for the FSA staff members as the party featured a full service Casino Party hosted by Dave Mason (Emcee for Entertainment Warehouse) and a new Karaoke Lounge (The Red Room) decked out in RED. This upscale, "high roller" style environment was accented with uplighting, beautiful casino furniture, an amazing array of prizes and flowing cocktails! The event was staged at the Coeur d'Alene Inn and Conference Center and by all accounts the best party, so far.
Fun was had by all and served as a perfect kick off to the holiday season. To all the Food Service employees, thank you! We can't wait to theme up a party for next year...

Wednesday, July 08, 2009 Hoopfest 20 (2009) What a weekend!
Hoopfest celebrated it's 20th year in 2009 and set new records once again, maintaining its mark as the "world's largest" 3 on 3 Basketball Tourney!
Entertainment Warehouse was once again proud to help manage and produce two feature areas of this world class event: The Toyota Shootoff and Safeco Fun Zone.
Whether a player or spectator, we hope you enjoyed this year's event. If you came near the Toyota Shootoff you would have found Dave Mason, Daren Anderson or Bryan Quinn rappin' on that microphone, playing great music and qualifying players to win a brand new 2010 Toyota Prius. It's a grand stand event and centerpiece to one of the largest sporting events in the country. We hope you enjoyed the show!
Also, for the kids and families, Riverfront Park was the setting for the "Fun Zone" by Safeco. All the games and activities were provided or directed by Entertainment Warehouse! Way to go Kelsey Russel. All in all, an event for Spokane to be proud of. See you next year...

Friday, July 03, 2009 Casino Party in Spokane?
That's right! Casino parties in Spokane have come to be a very popular recurring theme party. And will they ever grow old? Not likely.
Party planners for years keep bringing back this popular theme party for several reasons. First, its a great form of passive entertainment that is socially interactive. Second, there's something about the thrill of gaming and having that high roller experience without the risk...
If you haven't tried a casino party for your office yet, now is the time! It's a guaranteed winner and does not have to be about "gambling." In fact, if you really want to put a positive spin on it, we like to refer to it as a risk management party! After all, that's what it is. So, next time you're considering the casino theme, go for it. You'll be glad you did and so will your employees...
