ABOUT: What is Entertainment Warehouse?
Entertainment Warehouse is a Special Events Company serving event planners and producers who need to outfit their event with specialized equipment, novelties and professional services. Our focus is on the aesthetic and interactive experience guests have as attendees of these events by helping our clients with the logistics, equipment, and production expertise necessary to achieve their vision.

PRICES: Are prices posted on the website?
Prices are available and can be requested from our Price Quote button at the top of our home page. We have Services and Equipment that usually go hand in hand, making it very difficult to have a singular pricing structure. "Stand Alone" pricing for items will vary from "Add-On" pricing available for the same items when multiple pieces are put into a package order. Therefore, to avoid confusing the customer with too much information, we generate a custom price quote for each order, comprised of equipment, deliveries, service and/or performance.

LOCATION: Where are you located?
We are located at 1525 E Lyons Ave. in Spokane, WA. Our service area includes the greater Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas. Our expanded service coverage includes Eastern Washington, northern Idaho, Western Montana and northern Oregon. We are available with a full time office staff M-F and deliver on weekends!

IN STOCK: Do you own all the equipment, or sub rent it from others?
Entertainment Warehouse OWNS and stocks almost everything you see available. If we don't have it, we will get it. We have one of the largest, and most unique inventories of special event equipment in the Inland Northwest. (Tents, Tables, Chairs, Photo Booths, Microphones, Speakers, Plasma Displays, Stage Lighting, Intelligent Lighting, Decorative Lighting, Street Lamps, Portable Beverage Bars, Projection and Video Equipment, Toilet Racers, Kids Games, Novelty Games, Inflatable Games, Pipe and Drape, Casino Party Equipment, Silk Palm Trees, Lighted Cocktail Tables and more...

DELIVERY: Do you deliver? How far?
Standard delivery region includes the metro Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas. Rural deliveries are available based on destination, accessibility, travel conditions and quantity of order. A sales representative will provide full details.

RESERVATIONS: How do I reserve your products or services?
Reservations are made on a first come basis. We advise you to reserve your event equipment or services as soon as you can to ensure availability and best selection. Each reservation is made with written agreement that requires a signature and advance payment. Your reservation can be completed by phone, fax or email and takes only a few moments.

DEPOSITS: Is a deposit required?
Deposits (Reservation Fees) are required up front for all orders unless you are a school or business with a commercial account with Entertainment Warehouse. A non-refundable reservation fee is charged for all orders at the time of reservation. The full balance of your order is due 10 days prior to delivery date or performance. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the equipment or service ordered.
Reservation Fees and Deposits are non-refundable based on the nature of our business and the specialized inventory and talent staff we maintain. Once an item or performer is "reserved" it is no longer available on a given date which means we turn away customers who are seeking that item within that same time period. Administrative costs are also associated with each transaction that cannot be recovered. In consideration for holding these items and committing them on a date by date basis in the future, we charge a reasonable, non-refundable reservation fee.

CASINO LICENSING: Do we need a license to have a casino event?
YES & NO. Washington state does require your event to be licensed whether it is for fun or fundraising. But in most cases your event will be covered by our Washington State Gaming License to operate a Recreational Gaming Activity (RGA). RGA events are for entertainment purposes only and not for fundraising. If you will be conducting fundraising activities in conjunction with your casino night event, a license will be required and we will walk you through the application process. Fundraising is conducting any activity to raise money from selling tickets, charging entry fees or collecting donations. You must determine what type of casino event you want to host.
*** Venues with a "card room license" may NOT be licensed to hold a Casino Party Event (RGA) or Fundraising Event!(FRE). You may be at risk of violating Washington state law as host, promoter or producer of any event where gambling devices are used or gaming activity takes place. Be sure your vendor produces proper proof and documentation that protects you and your business!
